So, first things first, where is Palmanova? Contrary to what the name might make you think, Palmanova is actually part of the municipality of Calvià, which comprises some of the island’s best beaches.


A family-friendly destination


Over the years, Palmanova has made a name for itself as a top destination for families, thanks in part to the many activity offerings you’ll find on your doorstep here. Your little ones are guaranteed to love a day out at Fantasia Golf, where they can hone their minigolf skills in a tropical themed setting. Other great theme parks nearby include the Western Water Park, which is all about splashing around on the slides, as well as the Katmandu park, where action is never far away.

The white sand beaches here, which include Playa Carregador, Playa Palmanova and Son Maties are ideal for families, as most of them slope gradually into the sea.
